Off-Season Farmers' Markets Becoming More Common

From spring to fall…municipal parking lots across the region are transformed usually on Saturday or Sunday into bustling farmers’ markets. Vendors sell everything from locally grown fruit and vegetables to meat, eggs, cheese and baked goods.
